Partnering with NJMO can take the form of embodied wellness sessions, speaking engagements, workshops, educational sessions, consultations, and so much more! Email drnatalie@njmofferings.com to begin the conversation. Every engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call where we'll discuss your goals, determine whether we're a good fit, and explore how I can best support your needs.

Embodied Wellness Sessions

Whether you're looking to build strength, reconnect with your body, reduce stress, or simply create space to breathe, each session is thoughtfully designed to align with your goals, lived experiences, and aspirations. Drawing from psychology, complementary and integrative health, and Black feminist approaches to healing, I offer personalized yoga, Hot Pilates, meditation, and breathwork experiences that honor the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and community. Every session is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and thoughtfully tailored.

Vinyasa (Heated or Non-heated)

Restorative Yoga (Heated or Non-heated)

Gentle, supported poses held for extended periods to encourage deep rest and nervous system regulation.

Meditation and Breathwork (Heated or Non-heated)

Stillness and guided breathing techniques that support grounding, clarity, and nervous system balance.

Embodied Alchemy Retreats

Embodied Alchemy Retreats are thoughtfully curated to align with your goals and integrate psychology, movement, mindfulness, rest, reflection, and Black feminist approaches to health and healing. Retreats may include yoga, Hot Pilates, meditation, breathwork, wellness planning, guided reflection, pre- and post-assessments, and personalized recommendations to support continued integration after your experience. Choose from 3-day, 5-day, or 7-day retreat experiences. Retreats are available for individuals, couples, and small groups. Every Retreat Begins with an Intention. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all experience, we'll begin with a complimentary discovery consultation to explore the season of life you're in, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping to cultivate. Together, we'll co-create a retreat that reflects your goals, values, and vision for healing and well-being.

Retreat intentions may include:

Rest and Restoration, Burnout Recovery, Women's Wellness, Trauma Recovery, Mind-Body Reconnection, Creativity and Reflection, Couples Wellness, Sexual and Relational Intimacy, Pleasure and Play, and more!

Whether you're seeking space to rest, reconnect, celebrate, recover, or simply breathe more deeply, your retreat will be designed to honor your unique journey while providing practical tools to support continued healing long after the retreat has ended.

Travel & On-Site Engagements

I welcome opportunities to gather and facilitate in person. Because my work is rooted in embodiment, I approach travel with the same intentionality and care that I bring to every offering. On-site services are available throughout the 11-county Metro Atlanta region as defined by the Atlanta Regional Commission. Travel within 15 miles is included at no additional cost. Engagements beyond the included 15-mile service area are billed at $50 for each additional 15-mile increment (or portion thereof). Engagements requiring travel beyond 60 miles or overnight accommodations will receive a customized proposal.

Any required parking, tolls, venue access fees, or similar expenses will be included in the final invoice.

For engagements requiring air travel, the hosting organization is responsible for coordinating and covering airfare, lodging, and local ground transportation.

All speaking engagements, workshops, consultations, and wellness experiences are also available virtually.

Equipment & Venue Requirements

For movement-based offerings (including yoga, Hot Pilates, meditation, and breathwork), the hosting organization is responsible for providing an appropriate practice space and any necessary equipment unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Depending on the engagement, participants may be asked to bring their own yoga mats and props, the host may provide them, or the event may be held at a venue where equipment is already available. Equipment needs will be discussed during the planning process and outlined in your booking agreement.

For speaking engagements, workshops, and trainings, any audiovisual or venue requirements will be communicated before the event to ensure a successful experience.

Booking & Payment

A signed service agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date. Invoices are due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to reschedule your engagement, please reach out as soon as possible.

Requests received at least 72 hours before the scheduled service will be accommodated whenever possible. Cancellation, rescheduling, and non-refundable retainer policies are outlined in your service agreement.

Accessibility & Accommodations

Creating accessible, affirming spaces is central to my work. If you or your organization anticipate needing accessibility accommodations, interpretation services, or other supports, please share these needs during the planning process so we can collaborate to create an inclusive experience.

Sliding Scale

Equitable access is a core value of NJMO. Sliding-scale pricing and reduced rates are available for qualifying community organizations, grassroots initiatives, nonprofits, and mutual aid efforts. Availability is limited and determined based on organizational capacity, project scope, and annual booking availability.

Please inquire to discuss your organization's needs.
